What is an on-site flu vaccination clinic?
Flu vaccines are a crucial and important way to lower employee absenteeism and maintain a healthy workforce. During an on-site flu clinic, Mobile Health sends a medical team to your location to administer flu vaccines to employees, students, volunteers and anyone else eligible in your organization.

How does payment work for the on-site
Mobile Health offers the vaccine at no-cost to employees. Employers can choose to either pay for each vaccine administered in an invoice after the on-site event or allow Mobile Health to charge the employee’s accepted insurance (if the event takes place in NY State).
What do I need to host a Mobile Health on-site flu clinic?
Our medical staff will arrive with all supplies and equipment, but here are a few things we need:
- A main point of contact
- A clean, private space (conference rooms work best)
- A table with at least 2 chairs
- A list of employees with appointments
Will Mobile Health help promote my clinic?
Yes! Participation is key to a successful event. Active promotion and reminders can help boost participation rates enormously. To help, Mobile Health can provide your company with:

How soon can I schedule an on-site flu vaccine clinic?
Registration is open now and there is no commitment. You can still change dates, location, or number of employees at anytime with no penalty. We do ask for a final confirmation three days before the event to confirm staff and supplies.
You can register up to one week before your event date pending availability.
