DOT Urine Drug Testing

In accordance with DOT Rule 49 CFR Part 40 Section 40.85 Subpart F, DOT drug screens use a 5 panel test which checks DOT specimen for:

  • Cannabinoids (THC)
  • Cocaine
  • Amphetamine
  • Opiates
  • Phencyclidine

DOT drug testing forbids testing the specimen for any other drug. The 5 panel requirement also applies even if the individuals lives in a state with legalized medicinal or recreational drugs.

Mobile Health performs all DOT drug testing with a urine specimen. The testing is always done through a SAMHSA approved laboratory or through Mobile Health partner, eScreen. eScreen negative results are available within minutes of testing.
