Antibody Testing Protocol with Return to Work

Antibody Testing As shelter-in-place restrictions ease, businesses are devising re-opening plans that prioritize employee health, safety and well-being. Antibody testing, a blood test that identifies people who have been exposed to the virus or who have developed antibodies, is a critical first step toward returning employees to work and resuming “business as usual.”

To support this crucial planning, Mobile Health now offers antibody (IgG) testing at four New York City locations, with test results available in just a few days:

  • Manhattan: 229 West 36th Street
  • Brooklyn: 50 Court Street
  • Bronx: 2488 Grand Concourse
  • Queens: 97-77 Queens Boulevard

We are working hard to expand testing availability nationally. Antibody testing is recommended for employees who need clearance to return to work or for ‘re-entry.’  The BioReference Laboratories antibody test offered by Mobile Health is FDA-cleared. Also, the test has a true positive rate of 97.6 percent, with less than .7 percent false-positive reported.

Clients may schedule this testing (or any pre-employment health screening) and access test results via the Mobile Health Client Portal. New to Mobile Health? Contact us to set up an account.

Onsite testing for large groups is available via our Mobile Health ON-SITE team. Contact an Account Manager for details.

Mobile Health is monitoring evolving virus testing research. Remember that the antibody test does not indicate immunity to the virus or active infection levels but rather previous exposure to the virus and development of antibodies. Read our Test FAQs.

Diagnostic Testing Coming Soon

This testing is only part of the back-to-business equation. We’re also finalizing Return-to-Work diagnostic testing to detect active infection levels of the virus in your employees. Check back for details, or contact your Account Manager for Return-to-Work testing package availability and pricing.

Mobile Health clinics and corporate office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.
