Meet Account Manager Muhammad — A dedicated client liaison and consultant
Clients across the country find themselves in good hands with Muhammad Hassan. Muhammad joined Mobile Health in April 2019 and serves as the account manager for over 200 of our top clients. Muhammad has an extensive management consulting background and professional experience in digital venture and real estate management. These coupled experiences have proven paramount in identifying solutions for his current clients.
Muhammad studied at Valdosta State and Brooklyn College, where he earned a BS in Biology and a BS in Political Science. Passionate about politics, he volunteers many evening and weekend hours working on polling and getting out the vote. His ultimate goal? To run for public office. Muhammad prides himself on industry leading customer service, strong analytical skills and a keen ability to align strategies to form fit his customers’ needs. This due diligence allows Muhammad to quickly resolve problems, improve client satisfaction and enhance turnaround times.
Muhammad’s primary roles are consultant and client liaison. He oversees the planning/foresight of the account and acts as advisor on current industry trends. Also, he views himself as an internal partner to resolve issues or conflicts that may arise in the clinics or with the client’s services. Muhammad is also tasked with contracting, changes in services, pricing, regulations and procedures.
According to Muhammad, “the most fundamental part of my job is to be a conduit of information and to communicate with my clients and the team at Mobile Health. This requires me to listen acutely to my clients and work with them to produce the best solutions.”
