The IT Help Desk Associate is responsible for maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Help Desk. You will be responsible for administration and internal support of the Company’s email system, active directory, PCs, printers, telephone system, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
The general responsibilities of the Business Analyst will include developing a deep understanding of Mobile Health’s business rules and growth plans in order to lead the creation and implementation of Mobile Health’s second generation electronic medical record system, creating workflows and process maps of current systems and processes, and collaborating with employees across the organization to understand what features should be included in a new generation of Mobile Health’s electronic medical record system.
The Programmer will be responsible for implementing new functionality as well as supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting existing features of various mission critical .NET applications and support systems. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and innovative professional with proven experience managing projects including design, development, testing, and deployment.
