Name: Bert E. Brodsky

Bert Brodsky is a leading entrepreneur and an active philanthropist and member of the
community. Mr. Brodsky founded Mobile Health in 1984.
Mr. Brodsky’s entrepreneurship was evident as far back as 1970. At that time, he founded his first company, Medical Arts Office Services, Inc., a bookkeeping service for hospital-based physicians. Just three years later, under his direction, the Company became the first to offer computer-automated billing and management services for this market. His innovative leadership was further evidenced when he developed the first program for hospital based physicians to submit claims electronically to Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare and Medicaid. This business became the forerunner of what is today known as Sandata Technologies, Inc., one of the nation’s premier providers of advanced computer, telephony and internet-based technologies for the healthcare industry. Mr. Brodsky is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sandata
Technologies, Inc., the largest processor of home care claims in the United States.
Mr. Brodsky’s professional career includes his role as President of the Health Division of Itel Corporation, a claims processing company serving over 12,000 hospitals and physicians in seven states. His strong performance at Itel earned him the Company’s 1978 “Outstanding Executive Award.”
In 1981, Mr. Brodsky founded National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. (NMHC), a national leader in pharmacy benefit management services to both the consumer and business markets, now known as NMHCRX. In 1999, NMHCRX successfully completed an initial public offering. Mr. Brodsky served as Chairman of NMHCRX until March 2003.
Mr. Brodsky’s other business holdings include Brookhaven Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Inc. (BMRI), a magnetic resonance imaging facility; a real estate portfolio consisting of 300 apartments in the New York-Metropolitan areas and one million square feet of commercial space on Long Island and in Long Island City; two successful restaurants, The Island Mermaid on Fire Island and City Cellar in Westbury; and Didit.com, the largest independent search marketing agency in the United States, of which he is the Managing Partner. Mr. Brodsky is also one of the founding partners of Health Edge Investment Partners, a private equity firm founded in 2005 that focuses exclusively on the healthcare industry and sits on the Advisory Board and the Investment Committee of the fund.

Name: Tricia Shackel

After graduating from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY in 1979 with a degree in Business Management, Tricia Shackel worked for a physician billing company on Long Island overseeing the billing and collections of several hospital based, multi-specialty groups of physicians. This position provided her with hands-on experience in managing and motivating employees as well as direct contact in servicing patients and clients.
In July of 1987 Ms. Shackel took the position of Operations Manager at Mobile Health Management. Her primary responsibilities included supervising the clinical and administrative staff, scheduling the mobile medical unit for the on-site visits to the home attendant agencies, staffing the offices, overseeing the scheduling, tracking and updating of all appointments and medical results as well as being the point person for all of MHM’s clients.
In 1992 Ms. Shackel was promoted to the position of President of Mobile Health Management Services, Inc. During the following years she focused her attention on the growth and expansion of the company specifically to open a clinical office in each of the five (5) boroughs of NYC operating on a full time basis and to substantially increase the client base of home care agencies.
Ms. Shackel developed the initial version of the company’s custom-written software system enabling Mobile Health to keep up with its rapidly growing business, to meet the demands of the clients as well as the medical requirements mandated by the city, state and federal government.
Under the leadership of Ms. Shackel, Mobile Health has grown to employ over 60 employees, operate in six (6) office locations and a mobile medical unit. The company now has business relationships with over 250 client agencies and currently services over 125, 000 patients each year.

Name: Anne M. Dunne
Title : Senior Vice President

Anne Dunne is an accomplished Health Care Executive with more than 25 years of experience in nursing, medical group management, clinical service development, MR imaging, and case management. She is a registered nurse and holds dual certification in nursing case management and multiple sclerosis nursing. She earned a BSN, cum laude in nursing science from the College of New Rochelle and holds a MBA in business management from Dowling College. Anne began her career in 1984 as a critical nurse in the intensive and coronary care units of Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, NY.
Currently, Ms. Dunne is the Senior Vice President of Clinical Service Development for Mobile Health Medical Services, PC. From 1987 until December 2008, she focused on healthcare operations and physician group management, with a primary interest in neuroscience and MR imaging. Ms. Dunne was the Administrator for Long Island’s largest private neuroscience practice. She was instrumental in the direction and growth of the practice from 4 physicians and fifteen employees to thirteen physicians, 3 nurse practitioners and over 135 employees providing more than 62,000 annual patient visits in four offices and six hospitals along the south shore of Suffolk County. Among the neuroscience services she helped develop are pain and interventional pain management services, infusion therapy, physical therapy, neurodiagnostic testing, an accredited non-invasive vascular laboratory and an MRI facility accredited by the American College of Radiology. In addition, she was instrumental in developing a Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Care Center which was awarded an affiliation with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ms Dunne also served as a consultant to Brookhaven MRI, a privately held imaging facility providing more than 6200 MRI scans per year and, Mobile Health Management Services, a business which provides pre-employment and annual health assessments to healthcare workers in the five boroughs.
Ms Dunne serves on the Board of Trustees of the Long Island chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and on its Clinical Advisory and Chapter Programs committee. She serves on the advisory board of the National Pediatric MS Care Center at SUNY Stony Brook. She is an Associate Board member of the Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation and serves on their Resident Care Committee. Ms. Dunne is a member of the editorial advisory board for the national billing and coding publication, Neurology Alert, where she is a contributing author. Anne is the current president of the Long Island Multiple Sclerosis Nurse’s Society, Inc, an organization committed to improving the lives of those with MS through educational programs, outreach, and improved access to care. Ms. Dunne has presented at local, national and international conferences on the operational and financial aspects of Multiple Sclerosis care and strategies to optimize the successful development of Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Care Centers.
Ms. Dunne currently resides in Suffolk County and has 2 children, Noah and Alannah.

Name: Michael E. Rosenfeld
Title : Client Relations Manager

Upon graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, Michael Rosenfeld began his career working at Mobile Health. He has been the Client Relations Manager at Mobile Health for the past 3 years. During his tenure, Mobile Health has expanded its client base to record numbers while successfully retaining the clients from the company’s past. His responsibilities include managing and retaining all current and prospective clients, supervising the Client Relations Department and Fiscal Department, associations and trade show marketing, and business development of new products and services.
Outside of work, Michael Rosenfeld is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the Young Professionals Group (YPG) of the ALS Association of Greater New York. He is also an active member of the UJA Federation of New York and the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.

She graduated from ITV in Ecuador with a degree in Communications and specializes in strategic communications and management. She has experience in both Media and Healthcare industries where she managed different divisions and, developed and implemented many projects for her employers and its partners including Columbia University, The NYS Department of Health, Nemours Foundations' Kids Health, as well as Hispanic TV networks and print media.
